• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• All orders ship from Florida, USA.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

Incorrect Addresses

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

• If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier to initiate a claim.
• We will assist reasonably where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
